convenient location helpful staff easy travel
the location is very convenient with bus stops right outside and the tube station a short walk away. i found the staff helpful especially when i needed directions and local information. my overall experience made travel easy (that's important for me).
there was no complimentary water in the room, a bit of a letdown considering the weather. i would have expected it for a 4 star place.

convenient location tube station helpful staff dated room old-fashioned decor limescale taps
the location was convenient for my needs. i appreciated the proximity to the tube station. the breakfast had a decent selection of items. i also found the staff to be helpful with directions.
the room i stayed in felt somewhat dated. the decor seemed a bit old-fashioned , and the carpet had some noticeable stains. the bathroom had limescale near the taps. the hairdryer was also quite old.

the location was very convenient to access the underground for travel to attractions
the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival I saw black mold around the windows the phone did not work to contact reception the breakfast was subpar and overpriced I wish i hadn't bothered with it

excellent location professional staff clean hotel spacious room
the location was excellent, near fulham broadway. the staff was very nice and professional. the hotel was nice and clean. i found the room spacious and the complimentary reusable water bottle useful.
the decor is a bit dated, and i noticed some scuff marks. wallpaper was peeling off a few walls, which could use some attention.
